Shri Anil Kumar CGMT
invited Circle Secretaries of AIBSNLEA & SNEA on 31st January,
2015 to discuss and inform the present position of Gujarat Circle and views of
Corporate Office. CGMT informed that during the recently concluded West Zone
meeting held at Bhopal on 28th January, 2015, CMD & Director
(CM) conveyed their displeasure on the poor performance of Gujarat Circle on
revenue front. He further pointed out
that broadband disconnection is also increasing day by day and pointed out that
nothing is practically happening in the field to retain broadband connection.
We pointed out few factors for poor performance in Gujarat Circle like cross
selling of CM products etc. CGMT pointed out that it is not time to make any
reasons or excuses but to work hard and CGMT further desires whole hearted
involvement from each and every employee of BSNL to achieve the target of 10%
growth set by Corporate Office in current financial year in the remaining two
months. CS suggested posting right man at right place and sparing technical
person from administrative work and utilizing their work at field units to
ensure gainful utilization of BSNL employees.
LOOKING TO THE
PRESENT SITUATION OF THE CIRCLE AS WELL AS OVERALL CONDITION OF BSNL, AIBSNLEA
GUJARAT CIRCLE REQUEST ALL EMPLOYEES OF BSNL TO GO EXTRA MILE AND ENSURE YOUR
CONTRIBUTION IN ACHIEVING 10% GROWTH IN THE CURRENT FINANCIAL YEAR COMPARED TO
LAST FINANCIAL YEAR.

pay anomaly case. CGMT assured to look into it.
