1. We
have pointed out various activities of BBA against the interest of BSNL
in Ahmedabad Telecom. District. CGMT assured to direct PGM ATD for
necessary action against the erring BBA.
2. We
requested for consideration of request transfer upto July, 2014 as has
been done in earlier years. CGMT was kind enough to understand our
genuine demand but he pointed out that he can only consider the cases
upto June, 2014 because of his retirement on superannuation. He assured
to consider the case upto May, 2014 and further directed GM (Admn.) to
work out on June cases for consideration. He further guided us to
take-up July case with new CGMT.
3. Pay anomaly
case of Shri A.A.Pandya, SDE, ATD and consideration of residential
period for TBP in the case of Mr. T.K. John, AO, ATD. CGMT informed
that ED (F), Smt. Sujata Ray is joining her duties on 23rd June, 2014 after that we will depute an officer to Corporate Office to settle both these issues.

Consideration of request transfer in Accounts & Finance Wing. We
demanded early consideration of request transfer cases of Accounts
& Finance Wing executive. PGM (F) informed that he is expecting
joining of few under transfer from other circles on completion of
audit, most probably this month itslef. He further said that he is not
interested in making expenditure towards transfer and posting and
therefore, these request transfer cases will be considered against their
joining. We demanded immediate release of transfer orders to give
justice to people on transfer waiting.
5. We requested early relieve of Accounts & Finance Executives on inter circle transfer. PGM (F) assured to look into it.
6. Request transfer case of Shri V.M. Tadvi, TDM, Amreli. We requested
early release of transfer orders of Shri V.M. Tadvi, TDM, Amreli. CGMT
informed that he is expecting joining of few DGMs in Gujarat Circle, on
their resumption his case will be considered.
7. Inter
circle transfer case of Shri K.K. Kurrey, SDE, Circle Office. We
requested CGMT to recommend the case of Shri K.K. Kurrey for his
transfer to Chattisgarh Circle as he has completed more than 10 years in
Gujarat and also requested to convey Corproate Office that he will be
relieved without substitute. CGMT assured to relieve him without
substitute if the Corporate Office issues the order.

Paperless work in ERP. CGMT informed that circle is further studying how
to reduce further paper work and maximum possible will be done.
9. Surendranagar Incident. We conveyed our displeasure on slow movement
in the case and requested CGMT to take action on primafacie against the
erring official.
Apart from above important issues, many other HR issues were also discussed.
