THE FOLLOWING HR & DEVELOPMENT ISSUES WERE DISCUSSED.
We
requested to look into frequently revised of local transfer order in ATD and
discussed some cases.
We
requested to implement seat tenure transfer policy in SSA as directed by HQ.
We
requested for the cancellation of transfer order in the interest of BSNL as
recommended & approved by C/A-case Shri I.L.Mishra SDE & consider
request transfer of Shri J.D.Parmar SDE(OCB-TAX).
Requested
to post sufficient numbers of staff in High ARPU Exchanges areas’.
Implement
the unique policy of Administration for the Order for DE(R)-DHOLKA & DE(R)
Viramgam with HQ at Ahmedabad.
To
complete the EB & other section revenue target, the Issue of LICENCE
FEES @Rs. 25/- per meter to lay OFC
cables to be settled at the earliest by holding meeting with Secretary or Sr
.Officers of AMC/State Govt.
Review
for CSC cash counter with AO(TR) in ATD as per HQ guidelines.
Implementation of Singe window concept for
proper utilization of man powers under CO(CM) / CO(CFA) and stop dual control.
In some SSAs one CO is looking after all.
We
had a discussion for LL & BB & Mobile connections and rendering the best
services to our valued customers by all employees of BSNL in the interest of
BSNL and thinking each one is owner of BSNL.
