Gujarat Circle Office bearers of AIBSNLEA and AIGETOA met Smt. Sujata Ray, Executive Director (Finance), BSNL Corporate Office, New Delhi on her visit to Gujarat, at Ahmedabad.  We are thankful to  madam for granting us time from her busy schedule.  The meeting lasted for over 30 minutes and during the meeting among the following, various points concerning to the viability of BSNL were also discussed.   • Allowing option to JAOs appointed after 7th May, 2010. 
  • Consider long pending pay anomaly case of Shri A.A.Pandya SDE(Instll.) ATD.
  • Consider long pending case of Mr. T.K.John (AO) for counting of Residency period.
  • Request for early relief of Account & Finance Executives who are under inter circle transfer.
  • Ensure completion of CPC for JAO to AO, AO to CAO(Adhoc), CAO(Adhoc) to CAO(Reg.) and release of promotion & posting orders.
  • Instruct to release tenure transfer orders as per transfer policy which is due in Gujarat as all are eagerly waiting to come back after completion of tenure transfer to Pr. GM (Fin.) Gujarat.
  • Deduction of TDS from Medical Advances taken for indoor treatment.
  • 30% superannuation benefits to BSNL recruited employees.

The Gujarat Circle office bearers of AIBSNLEA and AIGETOA jointly met Hon’ble CGMT on 22nd September, 2014 and had detailed discussions on various Developmental and  HR issues.  We are thankful to CGM for granting us time for meeting from his busy schedule.  Yesterday on behalf of Gujarat Circle CGMT sent a truck load of materials to J&K Circle for reconstruction of Telecom infrastructure there, we appreciate his concern for BSNL as whole and its employees. CGMT pointed out repeated Faults (17%) and emphasized the need for proper monitoring at all level officers. He further pointed out the need to rander the best services and satisfy our customers, so that BSNL can increase our subscribers’ base which in turn earn more revenue.
